Requirements

Someone in the household must be employed.

You may receive utility assistance only twice within 365 days with us.

You must be 225% or below the poverty level.
-
You must live in Ross County.

Documents Needed
-
Proof of income for the last 4 weeks from all people in the household.

IDs of all people in the household including children (insurance cards may be used as ID for children)
-
Shut off notice, if you have received one.
