UTILITIES

We can help with your electric, water, propane or natural gas bills.

Unfortunately, we cannot help once your utility has been shut off.

Requirements

  • Someone in the household must be employed.

  • You may receive utility assistance only twice within 365 days with us. 

  • You must be 225% or below the poverty level.

  • You must live in Ross County.

Documents Needed

  • Proof of income for the last 4 weeks from all people in the household.

  • IDs of all people in the household including children (insurance cards may be used as ID for children)

  • Shut off notice, if you have received one.
